How Hercules, Bella and Chip stay fit
Eat the right amount for your size
Hercules, Bella and Chip always make sure they have the right amount of food for their size. Chip is the smallest so he has the smallest amount of food on his plate, Hercules is the biggest so he has the largest amount of food on his plate. If they eat too much for their size they will become unhealthy. They need to be fit and healthy to fulfil their responsibility to the Villa fans.

Hercules always eats 3 meals a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eating 3 meals a day keeps Hercules’s hunger away and his energy levels up.

Tips to eat your 5 a day
Eating 5 fruits and vegetables is easy for Chip. This is how he gets all the vitamins and minerals he needs to stay fit and healthy. Fruit and vegetables also contain lots of fibre. Fibre helps keep our tummies healthy. How many portions of fruit and vegetables do you eat? Could you eat 5 a day like Chip?

Make a fruit smoothie
Snack on baby tomatoes, raw carrots sticks or fresh fruit
Try tinned fruit in fruit juice with low fat yogurt
Try sprinkling dried fruit on your cereal

It’s important for Bella to keep a check on the snacks she eats. If Bella eats too many unhealthy snacks she won’t be able to keep up with the other heroes.
